VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR PT 20 hours/week scheduled
Interview, solicit and assign volunteers and confer with the CEO about need.
Manage your office area and check on ladies still in the home.
Coordinate special events and fundraisers with the help of the CEO.
Seek out public speaking engagements for Executive Director and promote the ministry to the general public and the Christian community.
Attend community groups and meetings for director when necessary
Supervise mentor relationships and Bible study teachers.
Give tours of the home for donors and interested parties when CEO is unavailable
Oversee the home while you are working and report issues to program staff. Handle disputes with ladies according to Bible, in Matthew 18: 15-18.
Receive GIK donations and divide for both houses and receipt the donor
giving receipt to CEO. If they don’t want a receipt, make out to Anonymous.
Turn in monthly statistics-recorded daily and tallied by the end of the month
Send out letters to local businesses with CEO approval soliciting donations
